Invitation for participation in the Info workshop „Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro“

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro and Serbian Government’s the EU Integration Office, with technical support provided by Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro (JTS), kindly invite you to attend a two-day Info workshop on project proposals preparation within the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro.

The Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro is financed from Component II of the EU’s Intstrument for Pre-accession Assistance provided by the EU. The Programme covers period from 2007-2013 and will be implemented under centralized management, where the Delegation of the European Union is the Contracting Authority.

Considering that in the previous period we have notices a high level of interest of institutions and individuals for additional treining related to preparation of proposals, the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) organizes Info workshops, according to the following schedule:

– Municipal Assembly Hall, Nova Varoš 31.03-01.04.2015.

– Hotel Lipka, Kolašin 07-08.04.2015.

During the workshop following will be presented: Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro, logical framework matrix in the context of cross-border cooperation and its relation to the application form, public procurement procedures, financial management, calculation of the eligible costs in the standard budget form, as well as project monitoring and reporting system.

If you are interested to attend this workshop, we kindly ask you to apply by filling in the Registration form and sending it to us on the following e-mail address: jts@cbcsrb-mne.org, no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

Having in mind that the number of participants is limited to 50 per workshop, regarding to that the presence will be allowed to those persons who are registered under the principle of the first 50 applicants.
Each of the applicants will receive confirmation of the possibility, or not, to attend the workshop, only because of the limited number of seats.

Please have in mind that the costs of refreshment and lunch for all participants will be covered by the organizer of the workshop, but the cost of transportation and accomodation would be covered by the workshop participants.

In addition, please be informed that each institution/organisation is welcome to be represented by maximum two participants.
