The representatives of Montenegrin government and European Commission (EC) signed Friday the Agreement for easier access to the European funds in the field of employment and social innovations.
According to the press release, by exchange of notes between Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Predrag Boskovic and European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs, Skills and Labor Mobility Marianne Thyssen, the government and EC signed the EaSI Agreement.
“By participating in EaSI program, Montenegrin civil and private sector will be able to candidate projects from a series of fields of social policy, such as social innovation, promotion of labor mobility, easier access to microcredit and social entrepreneurship, applying on equal basis with EU member countries’ applicants for the funds in the total value of €920 million in the period by 2020”, the Ministry explained.
