Five young Montenegrin civil servants will have the opportunity to improve their professional skills at prestigious European educational institutions, but also to exchange experiences with their colleagues from the region in the areas of importance for the European integration process, was stated at the ceremony held at the EU Info Center, on the occasion of the start of the third cycle of the EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans, funded from the Multi-beneficiary IPA.
Deputy Chief Negotiator and National IPA Coordinator Ivana Glišević Đurović emphasized the importance of this program, which aims to strengthen capacity and create a new generation of capable, responsible and informed civil servants, which will contribute to the process of European integration of the countries from which they come.
The Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, Ambassador Aivo Orav expressed the belief that this cycle of the program, through the young officers participating in it, will refresh the state administration of the six countries of the region and further contribute to the process of European integration.
