IPA 2019

The financial agreement for the Annual Action Program for Montenegro for 2019 was signed on August 28 2020. The total amount of the allocation is 42.3 million euros without national co-financing, including horizontal allocations.

The amount of 28.3 million euros of support determined from the IPA 2019 program is intended through direct budget support for the implementation of the action Support to Montenegro in overcoming the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus.

The allocation also includes support for the Democracy and Governance sector, thus 1.7 million euros have been earmarked for the European Integration Instrument and 4.25 million euros for the Civil Society Support Instrument.

Support to the Agriculture and Rural Development sector through IPARD support in the amount of 8 million euros.
