The Ministry of European Affairs has published the fourteenth edition of the Eurokaz magazine.

Within several sections, Eurokaz presents current affairs from the negotiation process, the results of the reforms implemented by Montenegro in the accession process, and successful examples of the use of EU funds.

Interlocutors of Eurokaz talk about current topics from the negotiation process and about current events in the domain of the functioning of the EU.

Representatives of the Government of Montenegro, the European Commission, journalists of Montenegrin print and electronic media, as well as representatives of local governments, the economic sector and non-governmental organizations wrote and spoke for Eurokaz.

In this edition of Eurokaz, you can find articles written by the Minister of European Affairs, Maida Gorčević, and the Ambassador of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, Oana Cristina Popa, as well as an interview with the Hungarian Ambassador, Jozef Neđeši, about the priorities of the current Hungarian Presidency of the EU.

You can also read the text about the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, as an important instrument for implementing key reforms on the European path and accelerating economic growth.

We also analyzed the results of the elections for the European Parliament and their significance for the situation in the Balkans, talked about the adoption of the Act on Freedom of the Media and the Digital Services Act in the European Parliament, and their incorporation into the Montenegrin legislative system, and presented the benefits of the EU4Health program.

In Eurokaz, we also talked about the candidacy of Nikšić for the title of European Capital of Culture in 2030, and presented the results of the DUE MARI project, which is supported through the Interreg IPA cross-border cooperation program Italy – Albania – Montenegro 2014-2020, which is co-financed by the European Union.

In the 14th issue of Eurokaz, you can read an article about cycling as a solution to many social problems and about the implementation of the “European Tour”, which showed that Montenegro truly cherishes European values.

The magazine is published every six months and is available on the websites and networks of the Ministry of European Affairs and eu.me.
