Based on Articles 32b, 32đ, 32e paragraph 2, 32ž paragraph 1 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (“Official Gazette of Montenegro” No. 39/11 and 37/17) and the Regulation on Financing Projects and Programs, and in connection with the Public Competition for financing of NGO projects and programs in the field of Euro-Atlantic and European integration in 2024 under the name “On the European Road” number 02-430/24-401/4 dated 06.03.2024. year, the Committee for the distribution of funds to non-governmental organizations of the Ministry of European Affairs, on the basis of the established ranking list of scored projects by independent evaluators, adopted:
