First Call for Proposals for the Cross-border Programme Montenegro-Kosovo

The Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro

in cooperation with

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro

and

Ministry of Local Government and Administration

are re-launching

Call for proposals for the following priority areas:

· Measure I.1. Environment protection;

· Measure I.2 Sustainable economic development;

· Measure I.3 Social Cohesion and people-to-people initiatives.

with financial assistance from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 IPA Cross-border Programme Montenegro – Kosovo budget.

Cross-border areas eligible for the Programme are:

In Montenegro the eligible area are territories of the following municipalities: Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Plav, Rožaje, Petnjica, Gusinje, plus the adjacent area, which covers the capital of Podgorica, Ulcinj and Bar.

In Kosovo the eligible area are territories of the West Economic Region: Peć, Istok, Klina, Junik, Dečani and Đakovica and Adjacent Programme Territory North Economic Region: Srbica, Vučitrn, Zubin Potok, Zvečane, North Mitrovica, South Mitrovica and Leposavić.

All applications are to be submitted by post, hand delivery or by courier service at the following address:

The deadline for submission of project proposal is 15th September 2015 (in the case of hand-deliveries, the deadline for receipt is at 16:00 hrs at local time on the same day). Any applications submitted after the deadline will be excluded from the evaluation process.
